Relief Central is a coordination platform connecting those in need with those who can help. We do not directly provide emergency services. In a life-threatening emergency, always call local emergency services (119 / 110) immediately.

3. User Responsibilities

• You will not use the platform for fraudulent fundraising or scams.
• You respect the privacy and dignity of affected individuals.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Relief Central (and JoJson Ltd) is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to the failure of aid to arrive, the quality of aid provided, or inaccuracies in reported data. We vet organizations to the best of our ability but make no guarantees.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements.
